We had a conference in January and my teachers focused on these two months to prepare for the conference! Over 85 PLSD staff members presented :)

We also set up an unconference for our teachers for every PD Day for them to share their voice.

Starting my own podcast with Lance Key this year really helped me find the amazing Google Innovator projects out there. I was able to solve many of my own problems in my district by hearing the solutions of others in the community.
