EduProtocols (also on SORA) is a quick low planning way to add engagement into the classroom. It puts the work on the student rather than the teacher. Iron Chef can challenge students to think out of the box. Students get 10-20 minutes to work on their presentation with their group. Then students used Flipgrid to present their work. In the example, students were only given 5 minutes to explain their presentation. We gave special ingredients to make their presentation more challenging.
