Strap on those apple watches and get those tennis shoes on. One of my buildings completed a step challenge, and it was a lot of fun and FREE! Our goal was 10,000 steps per day or 70,000 steps per week. We had staff members record their steps from Sunday-Sat. each week. We looked at the number of participants and their present steps level and then put everyone on teams. Staff had to wear a device that counts their steps and then log their steps on a spreadsheet that we share with them. We used the honor system.
